With electrics installed, you can even opt for Mitsubishi air-conditioning as an extra.

The interior finish is A1 every time, with internal walls cladded with timber or finished with plasterboard and skim coat.

The floors are finished with laminate and skirting from Howdens, our nationally-recognised partner of quality materials which means premium assurance and a broad choice of colours and styles to choose from.
